You can use paypal, bank transfer or request a online card payment link to pay your booking fees. All booking fees are deducted from the price.
Sometimes we understand that you need to rearrange your appointment with us.
All treatments are subjective to availability. We do ask to take both a contact mobile & email address for our booking system to send you appointment reminders.
Upon booking any service with us we kindly ask for a £20 booking fee. This is non-refundable but is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
We ask that you please give us 48 hours cancelation notice should you need to rearrange. When we book out your slot(s) we hold this priority time for you and you only.
We ask for the 48 hours notice so that someone else can attend for a service and no one is left out. Cancelations after 48 hours will result in a lost booking fee & a new booking fee required to be paid when arranging the new appointment. please speak to us if you need to rearrange as we will always try to accommodate you as much as we can.
If you have a missed treatment we will ask that the new deposit is paid before rebooking back in. If you miss more than 3 appointments without attempting to let us know you will have to pay 100% total cost as a deposit. If you fail to turn up for that treatment you may lose the ability to book again.
We politely request that you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment and we ask that you attend alone, unless otherwise agreed by us. You can simple message to request this.
